That's not new: pops-up from time to time, and it's the least of the problems.

Edited: and now it's the last of the problems, because before it was poppin'-up when we had network troubles, now it ALWAYS pops-up FOR A SINGLE, UNIQUE post like this .

And BTW, should I find whoever had the idea of blacking out the editor's icons just for the sake of it and just to crash my nuts, I will most willingly kick him in the aforesaid pendants, till they pop-up from his nose. Indeed it would make my day.
